Eric grew up in Wheaton, IL just south of Chicago and spent most of his teenage years perfecting his volleyball spike. From there he moved to Ohio and obtained his B.S. in Exercise Science from Miami University. In the search for palm trees and warmer weather he then moved to Tallahassee and earned his M.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State University. Once in the real world, Eric gained experience in sales, marketing, business development, and insurance. Outside of work Eric enjoys working out, fishing, reading, researching random facts, playing board games, and hanging out with his wife, Tiff!

Tiffany grew up in Buffalo, NY and then moved to Ohio where she earned her Bachelors Degree in education from Miami University of Ohio. During college she fell in love with her future husband, Eric and they decided to move to Tallahassee, FL to pursue their dreams. Tiffany earned her Masters Degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and then pursued a career path in corporate training at Disney and Holiday Inn Club Vacations. She utilizes her passion and experience in hospitality to completely transform the insurance customer experience. Outside of work Tiff enjoys nature, fitness, friends, family, and ice cream!
